Inlaid marble in San Domenico Maggiore, which is attached to a monastery where Aquinas lived. They worked the natural striations in the marble into the white columns pointing off to each side.Last night I went to the Teatro San Carlo on a student rush ticket to catch Werther. Not the best opera ever, but the acoustics and the theater itself were fantastic.
